Philips Semiconductors and Wright Williams & Kelly Donate Advanced Cost of Ownership Software to University of Technology, Eindhoven
PLEASANTON, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 14, 2000--It was
announced today that Philips Semiconductors and Wright Williams &
Kelly (WWK) have donated an advanced manufacturing software license to
the University of Technology in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. The
product, TWO COOL®, is the semiconductor industry's de facto
standard for cost of ownership (COO) and overall equipment efficiency
(OEE) analysis. The license will be used for research in the
Department of Technology Management.
According to University of Technology Professor G.L.H. van Herel,
